13th Annual Beaver Creek Master Chef Classic in January
Bon Appétit is sponsoring the three-day affair in Colorado with events such as a Master Chef Challenge, cooking classes, an après-ski cocktail seminar and a Grand Tasting at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton. the event is designed so that you can ski in the morning and dine well in the afternoon and evening with Marco Canora (finalist of "Next Iron Chef"), Joey Campanaro (Chef/Owner of The Little Owl, NY), Francois Payard (Pastry Chef of FPB) and more.
