so I always think of something fun to make it better - with my husband away, I went to the market with my mother-in-law for fresh produce and shopping (at La Perla, Pinko and Burberry) for fall outfits - thankfully the weather is still warm, at least until the end of the week...

Warm weekend.....

We've spent the weekend of hot weather at a friend's house in the swimming pool, lounging, drinking wine spritz and playing poker - with Coco & Zizi running around in the garden.
On Sunday, we went to a cozy, traditional restaurant Schieszl for lunch:

oven-baked chicken with "the best" mashed potatoes

roasted duck with rosemary potatoes

they have their own brand of Pinot Blanc
